Please use these guidelines Monday to Friday:

48 hours notice for coffee, pastry, luncheons

4 business days notice for dinners

10 business days for special catering events

All prices quoted are subject to provincial and federal taxes

All deliveries are on disposable service. China and cutlery is available at an additional charge of $3.99 per person

Minimum Catering for 10 people

Linen tablecloth rental available at $8.99 each

Drop & Go Service: Delivery does not include staff remaining on site after set-up

Guaranteed number of guests for buffets and large receptions must be confirmed 5 business days prior to the function.  Charges will be applied and services provided for the guaranteed number of guests

Service on less than 48 hours notice will be based on product and staff availability.  A minimum $25.00 late fee will be applied.  Although every effort will be made we cannot guarantee product availability, quantity or delivery time

A cancellation notice is required 3 business days prior to all catered functions and 5 business days for large receptions and dinners.  Cancellations after this will incur a charge equal to 50% on orders cancelled with less than 3 days and 100% on orders less than 24 hours

Chartwells must recover all equipment from delivery locations.  Please notify the Catering department of the new location if any equipment is moved.  Any catering equipment that is not recovered within 48 hours will be billed to your order.  If the equipment is returned the charge will be credited back.

Leftover foods should be left behind upon completion of the function.  Chartwells cannot provide containers or wrap to facilitate their removal.  Food is for one event only and cannot be “held over” for another catered event.  As per, municipal and provincial regulations

Buffets are not “all you can eat” – quantity of food provided is based on an average portion per person

As we are committed to always providing you with the freshest products and finest ingredients, our prices may be subject to change if there are commodity price fluctuations

Outside groups will be required to pay 50% down 2 weeks prior to the event, (when a starting number has been confirmed) and the remainder on the day of the event by certified cheque or cash.
